When you’re ready to set up your first appointment with Sangaree Animal Hospital at Cane Bay, please download, print, and complete our new client form (pdf) and bring it to the hospital at the time of your appointment. You can also complete and submit the new client form online. Additionally, to expedite your pet’s initial screening process, you can fill out our patient history form online here. If you have an exotic pet, please instead complete our exotic animal history form.

At your pet’s first visit, we’ll conduct a nose-to-tail exam to get a baseline for your pet’s health while also looking for any warning signs of potential issues. We’ll check joints, muscles, skin, heart, lungs, ears, eyes, mouth, and more to get as complete a picture as we can of your pet’s health. We’ll also discuss important parts of your pet’s health, including vaccines, dental care, spay/neutering procedures (when relevant), nutrition, activity level, behavior, and more.

We’ll also be happy to answer any and all questions you have about your pet’s health and lifestyle so that you can be the amazing owner you want to be. Get ready for compassionate, expert care in a welcoming environment. We can’t wait to meet you and your pet!
